He pays great attention to detail and made sure it met his standards. Prior to starting the job he made sure to clearly explain what exactly would be painted. Blake did an outstanding job assessing, estimating, and managing our roof repair job. It was a complete replacement of an old shake roof with modern roofing materials. The project included a complicated flat section in addition to multiple slanted sections with several valleys. Follow up was quick and effective.

Blake Thomas of Ascend Renovation And Roofing is the best! When an atmospheric river tore apart the roof of our 115-year-old 2-story Oakland house in 2021 we got several repair estimates. We chose Blake for an entire new roof, furnace and main electrical connection because he did the most thorough inspection of the damage. Once the job started, he was always available if we had questions, and the work was high quality. He cared about making sure we were pleased. He also advised us about the financing.
